Zed 451 Turns Up the Heat
Located at 739 North Clark Street in Downtown Chicago, Zed 451 shows off an impressive design both inside and out. The first thing you will notice after entering the massive door is a wine room full to the brimming with easy to pair bottles and a glass rack overhead. The decor sports wood with a masculine vibe throughout the establishment.

The amount of seating can really pack in the crowds. This is a perfect spot for weddings and private parties with excluisve spaces on the main dining room as well as upstairs. VIP arease are available for the right price.

In the front bar the happy hour specials reign supreme with the low price of $4.51 for all kinds of options depending on the day of the week. Try Manhattan Mondays, wine Wednesdays, and Grey Goose Fridays to name a few. This is quite the deal and don't forget the bite menu for half off on the weekdays as well.

Sunday brunch is also an option for the low price of $36 and the huge buffet that is offered at that special price.

The cozy fire sits in the middle of the room with tables attached in the middle. Slide up to the chef's table where the knowledgable Chef Andrea Williams will explain everything for you to enhance the experience. The name of the restaurant refers to sailing and the heat used in cooking.

The surrounding harvest tables are full of a variety of meat and cheeses. Samplings that stood out included candied red beets, and the tiger carrot salad.

The salad bar is maintianed in smaller portions to keep things clean and presentable. The soup bowls are just the right size to not encourage wasting of food.

The meat offered was over the top and didn't stop coming until we were ready to explode. Some standouts were the buttermilk sirloin, and wagyu rump roast. For choices besides red meat look for the multi flavored Moroccan chicken with a taste out of this world, also the white fish was full of flavor.

There is no lunch offered so no need to arrive before 5:00 p.m. and it is a set price of $52.90 for unlimited sampling.

With many all you can eat restaurants there is hardly room for dessert but this is something you don't want to miss. The butterscotch bread pudding was a favorite in our group, and for chocolate lovers the triple chocolate espresso cake finished things off.

This modern churrascaria really is really unique in the city, and stands out from anything like this.

The upstairs deck will definitely draw in the crowds this summer with beautiful views of the city.
