A little hidden bar full of charcuterie, cheese and cocktails. A neighborhood bar with a neighborhood feel, Cure serves up everything from fine artisan cocktails to tall boy Kokanees. Cure features huge windows and a patio overlooking Cal Anderson Park, for your people watching pleasure. Owner/Operators Eric & Amy Haldane have called the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle home since 1997. They were both born and raised in the Northeast and met in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After over 20 years of working in the bar & restaurant business, the opportunity to realize the dream of owning their own establishment presented itself in 2011 and Cure was born. The menu is inspired by their love of foods from around the world, particularly the long standing traditions & styles of charcuterie throughout Europe. The full menu is available until 1:30 am to cater to hungry industry folk and others looking for a late night snack! A well-appointed selection of wine, beer & spirits are available until 2 am. The atmosphere reflects the warm & welcoming spirit of both Eric & Amy. You can find one or both of them behind the neighborhood bar almost every night. Stop by & introduce yourself.
